Business Model Generation was co-created by 470 practitioners across 45 countries, and that was not a nice touch at the end. It was the distribution, the credibility, and the correction mechanism in one move. This is a multi-year project and it will be wrong in specific, findable ways without people who work somewhere I do not. The Scaffold taxonomy publishes its own weakest cluster; the same standard applies to everything here.

Ledger contributors
Submit an operating model failure, anonymized, attributed to a blank cell.

Tradition reviewers
Correct the cultural entries in public. This is the part most likely to be wrong from a desk in Texas.

Attribution, by name, permanently
Contributors are named on the entry, in the book, and on the site. Not a thanks page at the back.

Creative Commons, attribution only
The canvas, the patterns, the worksheets, and the gate stay free to use, teach, translate, and adapt. Including by people who compete with me.

You keep your own work
Contributing does not assign me your IP. You license it in, and you can teach it anywhere, including commercially.

Facilitators get paid
When the licensed facilitator network opens, contributors are first in line and the revenue share is published rather than negotiated case by case.

Corrections published, not quietly fixed
When an entry is wrong and you show me, the correction runs with your name on it and the original stays visible.

Sources carry their strength
Every claim says who reported it and how strong that is. Where the only evidence is self-reported or venture-sourced, the entry says so rather than rounding it up.
