What this site does with you, and what you may do with it.
Three short notices, written to match what the site actually does. Privacy: what a visit tells us and who else sees it. Terms: what nothing here is. Trademark: the one thing that stays ours while the method stays open.
A visit tells two companies your address. Nothing else leaves unless you send it.
A plain page still makes requests. This section names each one, who receives it, and why, and it says exactly what the one form on the site does with what you type. If the site ever starts doing more, this section changes first.
The Euler Center publishes this site and is responsible for what it does with your data. Write to hello@euler.center for anything on this page.
This site is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no sign-up, no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking pixels. It stores nothing in your browser. Scoring a canvas or a fit sheet happens on your screen and leaves when you close the tab.
There is one form, which appears on the gate page and the run-it page. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you fill it in and press send. The next row says what happens then.
The form asks four things: the work you are putting an agent on, the decision you are trying to make, the regime you answer to, and an email address to reply to. Nothing else is collected, and no field is prefilled from anything we already know.
What you type is stored in our own Cloudflare R2 storage and read by us. It goes to no third-party form service, no email marketing tool, and no advertising platform. We reply by email and we do not add you to any list. Ask and we delete it.
The form carries one hidden field that people never see and automated spam scripts fill in. If it is filled in, the message is discarded. It collects nothing about you.
The pages are served by Vercel Inc. in the United States. To deliver a page and defend against abuse, Vercel's servers record the request in a log: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, and the type of browser. We have not turned on Vercel's visitor analytics, and we do not export or study these logs. Vercel keeps them under its own privacy notice.
The legal basis, where one is required, is our legitimate interest in running a public website.
The two typefaces, Archivo and Newsreader, load from Google Fonts. Your browser fetches the font files from Google's servers, so Google sees your IP address and the page that asked. Google states that it does not use these requests to build profiles and sets no cookies through Google Fonts; see Google's note on Fonts and privacy. If you would rather Google not see the request, block fonts.googleapis.com in your browser. The site stays readable in your system fonts.
If you write to hello@euler.center, we keep your message for as long as it takes to answer it and to act on it. If you send a pattern, a failure, or a correction and we publish it, we credit you by the name you give us, and only with your agreement. We do not add you to any list. Ask and we delete the correspondence.
Links to other sites, including the sources in the library, take you to places with their own privacy notices. This one stops at our pages.
Wherever you are, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to our holding it. In practice that means the email you sent us and anything you typed into the inquiry form, since nothing else is tied to you. Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR you may also complain to your supervisory authority. Under California law you may ask what we collect and ask us to delete it; we sell nothing and share nothing.
When this notice changes, the revision date in the footer changes with it. The version you are reading is the one in force.

The method is open and the site is free. These terms say what that does and does not include.
A description language for work, published for anyone to use. Everything here is offered for information and education. Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory, financial, or professional advice, and reading it creates no client relationship with The Euler Center.
Nothing here certifies anyone. The assessed credential described on the Learn page does not yet exist, and filling in a canvas makes no person or organization compliant with any law, standard, or contract. Where the site cites the EU AI Act, ISO 42001, CMMC, or any other regime, it cites what we understood at the revision date. Dates, thresholds, and duties move. Check them with counsel before you rely on them.
Every case on this site is secondhand and marked with a strength rating. Company-reported figures are labeled as such. We correct errors when they are shown to us, and the Build page says how to show us.
The content is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, as section 5 of the CC BY-SA 4.0 license states. You are responsible for what you build on it and for your own compliance.
If you send us a pattern, a failure, a correction, or a completed canvas, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it contains no confidential information you were not free to disclose. You agree that we may publish it under CC BY-SA 4.0 with attribution to you, or decline to publish it, at our discretion. Completed canvases from teaching cohorts and engagements are used only in aggregate unless the organization that made them agrees otherwise.
The method is open. The name is ours.
A method nobody else will teach is not a standard. A name anybody can issue a credential under is not a name. Both statements are true at once, and this is how.
The text, the canvas, the patterns, the worksheets, and the gate are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0. Use them, teach them, translate them, adapt them, and sell services around them. Name the source. If you publish an adaptation of the method, publish it under the same license.
The names Work Composition, Work Composition Canvas, and The Euler Center, and the Euler Center mark, are trademarks of The Euler Center. They are claimed, not yet registered, and we say so. The Creative Commons license covers the content. It does not license the names.
You may and should say that your work is based on the Work Composition Canvas by The Euler Center. That is the attribution the license asks for. You may not name a product, course, assessment, or credential in a way that suggests we issued, endorsed, or assessed it. Give an adaptation its own name, and point back to ours.
