What pulls against what. A shape is a way of resolving these, not a way of removing them.
A permanent core of fewer than ten people holds product, taste, and the few decisions that cannot be delegated. Everything else is rented, automated, or done by an agent. There is no management layer because there is nobody to manage.
Midjourney at eleven people is the anchor. Lovable is the counterexample that scaled past the shape and had to build the cells it skipped. Resources and Flow load because summoning capacity on demand is the whole design. Mastery, Evidence, and Coordination starve because eight people do not need them until the day they do.
